Time to get out your pens and paper! This property has a classic drainage concern, negative slope in the rear, meaning the flow of rainfall leads to the foundation.
Although the foundation is sealed, this does not prevent water from flowing under the house, causing the whole house to sink. Upon removal of the covered patio, it became obvious the damage had taken its tole as the roofline is no longer level. Lucky for us this is the early stage and the home can be saved.
