Did you know corrugated pipe has a lifespan? You downspouts themselves can be visually inspected by a gutter specialist, however the exit, the corrugated pipe spanning underground has an expiration date!
This weeks video is surrounding a grading project we are working on, creating a smooth lawn for everyone to enjoy. It came to our attention however, the existing lines are likely original from the construction of the home 20 years ago. These pipes have a lifespan of about 25 years. For preventative reasons and to protect all of our hard work, we went ahead a replaced the downspout drains, rather than ruin our hard work in 5 years, resetting the clock of these drain pipes. This is a statistic many have never heard so we thought we would share!
